Job Title: Lead Veterinarian / Partner Opportunity (DVM) Location: Humble Texas
Position Summary
This is a unique and hot opportunity to partner with the owners and become the Lead Veterinarian of a new practice acquisition in Humble TX. We are seeking an entrepreneurial DVM who wants to build and lead a practice with the backing of a family-owned company sharing in the success as a partner. The purchase of the practice is contingent upon identifying the right doctor for this partnership.

Private & Family Owned: We are privately and family-owned and owner-operated by CEO Shay Hanson and his brother surgeon Bradey Hanson (who is proficient in soft tissue ortho and neuro surgeries).
Non-Corporate: No investment group no corporate boards and we offer a direct line of communication to our CEO.
No Red Tape: We use simple offers instead of contracts and we impose no non-competes.
Full Autonomy: We offer full autonomy to practice great medicine your way with no micromanagement.
Compensation and Benefits
DVM Pay Range
$120000$150000 (depending on location and experience) plus a Pro Sal structure.
Relocation
Relocation Bonus of up to $15000.
Time Off
Flexible and understanding scheduling; working a Saturday earns a 21 day off the following week.

Paid Maternity Leave (up to 4 weeks) plus company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability.
