Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email phone and messaging platforms in a timely professional manner.
- Assist clients with designing customized travel experiences booking changes cancellations and special accommodations.
- Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations attractions travel requirements and agency procedures.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
- Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
- Resolve concerns with empathy creativity and effective problem-solving.
