Job Summary
Korzen Health is working with a Hospital that is located in Ventura California is an acute psychiatric facility situated on 16 acres with ocean views.
Our highly structured and comprehensive programs provide the very best in mental health care. We have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for hospital accreditation. We offer specialized units for Adult and Adolescent stabilization and addition to crisis stabilization we offer a Dual Diagnosis Program designed to help patients with a mental health diagnosis and chemical dependency.
Treatment on the Dual Diagnosis Unit may also include medically supervised detoxification. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan to help ensure success upon discharge. The Military Support Program offers treatment for active duty dependents and veterans. Specializing in Post-traumatic Stress and Military Sexual Trauma our programs use evidence-based treatments and are approved by the Department of Defense.
Highlights
- 55 Bed-All inpatient Adult and Child/Adolescent Hospital with an Outpatient Program in Place. Units are broken down into: Adult High and Low Acuity Voluntary Military Unit Adolescent and Child.
- Hospital utilizes illness Management and Recovery (IMR) treatment model.
- Our Adolescent care focuses on ages 12-17. Full Treatment team in place with plans that include: comprehensive assessment group therapy medication management school participation and family involvement. We have a Teen After-School Program in place which helps bridge home life after inpatient stay.
- IOP Program in Place.
- All H/Ps are done by a local Primary Care Group.
- Dedicated Time for Administrative Time
Scope of Work:
- Inpatient-oversight of 17 bed unit. ADC 12-15 patients-PHP/IOP program in place. No weekend call needed shared week call.
Compensation:
- Base Salary with Medical Director stipend and full benefits!
- 6 Weeks Paid Time off which includes PTO Sick-Time CME.
