Synopsis
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for receiving incoming communications from our Clients Permitting Team (Client) and completing the data entry of the lot specific orders with accuracy and timelines to ensure the Production Teams success in developing high quality construction documents.
Key Responsibilities
Receive documentation requirements from Client.
Enter Lot documentation into Fieldstone tracking systems.
Assist in determining if lot is an original lot or if the lot is a revision to an already submitted lot.
Assist filing all third-party documents related to specific lots (i.e. truss drawings)
Update received date on Fieldstone Tracking Systems after drawings have been received.
Required Skills
Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process.
Ability to work effectively with other project leaders.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional teamwork skills.
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong customer support skills.
Strong Microsoft Word Outlook Adobe and Excel skills.
Required Experience
Education: High School Diploma
1-2 years minimum of administrative/data-entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
