A well-established FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager Foodservice to manage and grow key national and regional foodservice accounts. Reporting to the Foodservice Sales Manager this role focuses on driving sustainable sales growth strengthening customer relationships and ensuring service excellence across a key account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage retain and grow key foodservice accounts
- Achieve sales margin and profitability targets
- Develop and implement strategic account growth plans
- Negotiate pricing promotions and listings
- Ensure effective stock management forecasting and service delivery
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Lead and support sales representatives where applicable
Requirements:
- 35 years experience in FMCG Key Account Management
- Strong understanding of the foodservice channel (advantageous)
- Degree in Sales and/or Marketing
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong negotiation analytical and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel locally
