Job Summary

Location:

Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

Work Schedule:

Monday Sunday (2 days off)

Rotative shifts between 08:00 00:00 40 hours per week (Company shuttle provided for late shifts)

Role Overview

  • Support customers via phone email and chat

  • Handle inquiries related to a digital marketing and streaming platform

  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues

  • Ensure accurate documentation of cases and resolutions

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with KPIs

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German (C1) and English skills (B2)

  • Have at least 12 months of Customer Support experience (preferred)

  • Are comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment

  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Are familiar with basic technical troubleshooting
