Job Summary

Company Background:

Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders to meet delivery requirements.
Perform capacity and load analysis to ensure production plans are feasible and aligned with available resources.
Manage production orders and outsourced manufacturing orders.
Plan and control material requirements to support production schedules.
Coordinate and follow up on sales orders and shipment schedules.
Monitor production progress identify abnormalities and implement corrective and improvement actions.
Control inventory levels optimize stock structure reduce obsolete and scrap materials and improve inventory turnover.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external suppliers/customers.
Perform data analysis to support planning scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management Logistics Project Management Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Statistics Data Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning material planning or PMC-related roles.
Strong knowledge of production planning material requirement planning (MRP) and production process control.
Proficient in ERP MES APS systems and Excel / PowerPoint.
Proficient in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients)
Strong communication coordination analytical and execution skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience or training in ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 27001 QC080000 and Intellectual Property management systems is an advantage.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
