Job Summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a senior partner to strengthen its Hong Kong practice with deep expertise in US investment policy crossborder regulatory matters and complex investigations. The ideal candidate will have a significant portable client following a proven track record advising multinational corporates and financial institutions and the ability to lead highimpact mandates spanning US Hong Kong and wider Asia regulatory frameworks.

This position requires a practitioner with strong bilingual ability in English and Chinese capable of navigating sensitive crossborder enquiries and delivering strategic commercially grounded advice. You will advise on foreign investment controls sanctions national security reviews enforcement matters and internal investigations while working closely with colleagues across the US Asia and Europe to provide seamless multijurisdictional support. The firm is seeking someone who brings leadership presence demonstrated business development success and the ability to mentor and develop a growing regulatory and investigations team.
