Job Overview:

We are seeking a Level 3 Windows System Administrator to join our team and provide support for our clients Windows-based this role you will be responsible for the design implementation maintenance and support of Windows-based infrastructure as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain Windows-based systems and infrastructure for clients
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows systems and applications
Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect systems and data
Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes
Collaborate with other team members to provide support and resolve issues
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Windows systems administration
Provide on-call support as needed for critical issues
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Participate in project planning and implementation for new systems and upgrades
Train and mentor junior system administrators as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Relevant certifications such as MCSE are preferred
