Job Description: Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Location: Dutchess County NY
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our team. This role is designed for growth with the opportunity for promotion to Account Executive within six months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized commercial accounts and will play a key role in quoting servicing and renewing policies.
- Quote new and renewal business primarily focusing on renewals and referrals.
- Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Manage a book of business with accounts sized up to $500000.
- Collaborate with team members to handle a varying number of policies based on capacity.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring accountability and reliability.
- Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience: 3-10 years in commercial insurance.
- Proficient in EPIC software.
- Strong soft skills: accountable reliable and loyal.
- Preference for a hybrid work model with options for full-time in-office or remote work.
- Equipment will be provided for remote workers.
- Salary is competitive and open based on experience.
