Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
Location: Northshore Toyota

Position Summary
The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for managing all incoming service calls building strong customer relationships and scheduling service appointments for our Service Associates. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall efficiency of the service department.
The BDC Representative works closely with the BDC Manager Service Associates Service Manager support staff and customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound service phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and schedule appropriate service appointments
Make outbound phone calls to follow up on leads and appointment opportunities
Address all customer concerns prior to the appointment including cost estimates warranty coverage and expected service duration
Confirm appointments with customers prior to their scheduled visit
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong background in customer service sales or telemarketing
Computer literate with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to read understand and follow instructions
Strong problem-solving abilities
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
