Key Responsibilities:
-Lead a cost-saving project from start to finish.
-Join daily production tier meetings and bi-weekly operations meetings for HEM readiness.
-Participatein activities such as 5Scompetitionand meetings with EHS/facility teams.
-Learn SPC operations and the MOC process in the ETQ system with manufacturing engineers.
-Assistin communication and provide monthly presentations to update project progress toCQEteam product managers and US engineers.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
-Fluency in English for effective collaboration particularly with US team members.
-Strong cross-functional communication skills especially with EHS operations and CQE teams.
-Proficiencyin 2D and 3D CAD software is a plus.
-Strong understanding of chemicals with a solid safety mindset.
-Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
