We are currently seeking an Energy Marshall Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary authority for energy isolation and controlon-site
- Enforce LOTO proceduresin accordance with OSHA NFPA 70E and site-specific policies
- Review and approve energization and de-energization plans
- Coordinate with contractors commissioning agents and operations teams prior to energizing systems
- Maintain and control energy logs permits and documentation
- Conduct energy safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Verify proper labeling barricading and signage of energized equipment
- Stop work if unsafe energy conditions are identified
- Support commissioning IST and turnover activities
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade background preferred)
- 5 years experience in electrical mechanical or mission-critical construction environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Electrical safety principles
- Energization sequencing
- Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Electrical License or Journeyman/Master Electrician (preferred)
