We are currently seeking an Energy Marshall Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary authority for energy isolation and controlon-site
Enforce LOTO proceduresin accordance with OSHA NFPA 70E and site-specific policies
Review and approve energization and de-energization plans
Coordinate with contractors commissioning agents and operations teams prior to energizing systems
Maintain and control energy logs permits and documentation
Conduct energy safety briefings and toolbox talks
Verify proper labeling barricading and signage of energized equipment
Stop work if unsafe energy conditions are identified
Support commissioning IST and turnover activities
Participate in safety audits and incident investigations

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade background preferred)
5 years experience in electrical mechanical or mission-critical construction environments
Strong knowledge of:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Electrical safety principles
- Energization sequencing
Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Electrical License or Journeyman/Master Electrician (preferred)
