Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager leads all inspection verification and product conformance activities within an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing environment. This role oversees daily quality control operations drives customer and supplier quality performance and develops a strong high-performing quality control team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incoming in-process and final inspection activities
- Develop and maintain inspection plans test methods and calibration systems
- Supervise and develop quality control supervisors engineers technicians and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements engineering drawings and regulatory standards
- Oversee First Article Inspections and measurement system accuracy
- Lead customer and supplier quality activities and issue resolution
- Oversee special processes including paint weld and gasketing
- Support NPI deliverables including inspection criteria and PPAP elements
- Lead quality control audits and manage corrective actions to closure
- Analyze quality data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving and statistical tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of quality control or similar leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 inspection methods drawings and metrology
- Proficiency with SPC gaging calibration systems and quality software
- Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
- Experience in machining metalworking or assembly environments preferred
