Job Summary
MGCF Test Engineer-Redmond WA
Required knowledge experience and skills:
Test Trouble shoot and Maintain Ericsson(legacy Nortel) and Nokia (legacy ALU) MGCFs in the Lab.
Investigate issues in call failures in the network and design and develop fixes as needed
Design and develop MGCF functionality as part of IMS network including routers and billing capabilities as needed
Lead in InterOP testing (IOT) working with multiple vendors
Provision and upgrade MGCF associated IP routers
Maintain operational stability of Legacy Nortel (Now Ericsson) equipment (MGCF) in the lab
Monitor investigate & rectify alarms on the network elements
Provision network elements & required datafill as required(MGCFC/MGW/)
Provide weekly report on equipment status & activity
Investigate & replace defective hardware
Administer manage & support backup & the backup serve
