Job Summary

Command manage and recruit Reservists in the Training and Education thematic area. Be prepared to manage other areas.
Act as the Joint CIMIC Group focal point for the coordination and delivery of Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
Be the Joint CIMIC Group Reserve lead in delivery of Training Needs Analysis and facilitate reach back support and training in-country.
Support the development of the Training Education Leadership and M&E Themes as a capability within Joint CIMIC Group.
Support the development of the Armys doctrine and capability in the Training Education Leadership and M&E themes within Joint CIMIC Group.
Support the development and delivery of Joint CIMIC Group training
Be prepared to deploy on short term commitments at short notice.
Conduct additional duties as specified by CO Joint CIMIC Group.
