Job Description:
You will lead the architectural development of an AI-driven agency model replacing traditional manual workflows with autonomous agents. As a founding member you will own everything from feature specification to production-grade deployment tackling hard problems in LLM integration and operational automation to redefine how the global property market functions from the ground up.

What you will do:

• Build and deploy production-grade agentic systems and RAG pipelines using Python and TypeScript.

• Drive architectural decisions and product strategy from initial concept to real-world operational impact.

• Maintain high-speed shipping cycles deploying code to production within your first week of joining.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven builder with 2 years of experience shipping fast production-grade code in startup environments.

• AI-native engineer proficient in Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React with experience in LLM workflows.

• High-agency problem solver with a track record of taking full ownership of complex technical products.
