We are currently looking for a Website Developer (Wordpress )with at least 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex high-traffic websites ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to translate design concepts into fully functional websites.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Architect and implement robust scalable and maintainable web applications using cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality consistency and adherence to established coding standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues collaborating with the support and operations teams as needed.
• Implement and maintain secure coding practices to ensure the integrity and security of web applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Developer in Wordpress Mainly Focusing on wo-commerce Integration.
• Experienced in candidates who have previous experience in Wordpress from Scratch
• plugins should be customisable theme from default complete customisation on themesnot a theme based project.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g. React Angular ).
• Strong proficiency in database systems (e.g. MySQL MongoDB) and experience with server-side languages (e.g. Python Ruby PHP).
• Extensive experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Solid understanding of responsive design user experience and accessibility principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  Preferred:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience working on high-traffic websites or e-commerce platforms.
