Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a young and ambitious law firm with over 10 attorneys. Our firm specializes in plaintiff-side labor and employment law. We handle both class-action and single-plaintiff cases and were committed to providing effective client-centered solutions. We are seeking newly admitted attorneys who are passionate about labor and employment law and eager to develop their careers in a supportive collaborative environment. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience with case management client interactions and negotiation processes.
Assist senior attorneys in preparing and managing labor and employment cases.
Participate in client meetings mediation sessions and settlement negotiations.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including motions briefs and settlement agreements.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.
Stay current with legal trends and regulations in labor and employment law.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California State Bar (recently admitted attorneys welcome).
Strong interest in plaintiff labor and employment law (Wage and Hour Discrimination and Harassment Retaliation Workplace Safety wrongful termination FEHA Whistleblower etc).
Excellent research writing and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
