Job Summary
A well-established secondary school in Oxford is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join their site team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy school environment supporting the maintenance safety and security of the school premises.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the school site ensuring buildings and grounds are clean safe and well maintained at all times. Working closely with the Site Manager and leadership team you will support the smooth running of the premises and respond promptly to site-related issues.
Your duties will include carrying out routine health and safety checks completing basic repairs and maintenance tasks supporting opening and closing procedures and ensuring site security throughout the school day. You will also assist with deliveries room setups for school activities and events and support contractors working on site.
