Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Front of House: Acting as the first point of contact for parents visiting professionals and students ensuring a warm and inclusive welcome.
Administrative Support: Managing student records attendance tracking and general correspondence using school management systems.
Specialist Coordination: Assisting the SLT with the administration of EHCP reviews and coordinating transport for students.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Proven administrative experience. A patient empathetic nature and an understanding of (or interest in) SEND is highly desirable.
Salary: Competitive salary paid on the local government scale with Inner London weighting.
Support: Specialized training in Autism awareness and a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.
