Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager you will primarily manage complex technical projects for ABAX working closely with product engineering and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving project execution from initiation planning to delivery ensuring alignment with strategic objectives high-quality outcomes and smooth organizational handover.

In this role you will balance technical depth with strong leadership clear communication and a structured data-driven approach to project management.

Some of the things you will be working on:

• Develop a clear project plan (scope timeline and budget) based on the project directive.

• Identify required project resources and ensure they are allocated in line with project needs.

• Create and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in collaboration with project team members.

• Lead and coordinate project teams including internal and external resources to deliver according to the project plan.

• Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings preparing decision-making material such as reporting on timeline scope and cost.

• Develop maintain and ensure the quality of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure a smooth handover to the organization for implementation upon project completion.
  

Essential skills:

• Experience with modern project management and delivery frameworks such as Agile (Scrum Kanban) and/or structured methodologies (PRINCE2 PMP).

• Ability to apply the right approach pragmatically in a product-led engineering-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of how to produce metrics and work in a data-driven manner.

• Strong budgeting cost tracking and analytical skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear project actions and decision points.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks assess trade-offs and drive clarity in decision-making.

• Experience leading and coordinating project teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of SaaS architectures APIs system integrations and cloud environments.

• Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory for this role.
  

We believe you have:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in the software industry including at least 5 years in project management roles.

• A bachelors degree in Engineering Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
