Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST
Salary Range :$2000-$3000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Overview:
The Creative DTC Video Editor / Motion Graphics / Animator is responsible for producing engaging high-performing video content for direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing channels. This role blends storytelling motion design and performance-driven creativity to produce videos that capture attention drive conversions and strengthen brand identity across paid and organic platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce short- and long-form video content for DTC marketing including paid ads social media and website use.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and performance.
- Develop engaging hooks transitions and visual effects optimized for conversion.
- Collaborate with creative marketing and growth teams to execute campaign concepts.
- Adapt and iterate creative assets based on performance data and feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video and motion assets.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current with trends in DTC video social platforms and creative best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4 years of proven experience as a Video Editor Motion Graphics Designer or Animator (DTC or performance marketing experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in video editing and motion tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro or similar software.
- Solid understanding of animation principles typography and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for platforms like Meta TikTok YouTube and other social channels.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling conversion-focused videos.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
