Summary of the Role
The Sprinkler Fitter will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of sprinkler systems ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Daily Duties
- Install and maintain sprinkler systems in accordance with local and state regulations.
- Inspect existing systems and assess their functionality and compliance.
- Diagnose issues and provide solutions to problems encountered in the field.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Must-Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sprinkler fitting or a related field.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Nice-to-Haves
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with both residential and commercial sprinkler systems.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes.
