Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of golf course construction projects from conception to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of golf course construction projects and possess integrity vision resilience respect and communication skills.
Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors ensuring adherence to quality standards safety regulations and client specifications.
Coordinate and oversee all work on site including scheduling inspections quality control and the coordination of subcontractors.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders including clients consultants and regulatory authorities.
Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure compliance with all construction and safety codes.
Prepare and manage project budgets estimate costs and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
Conduct regular site meetings to review project status plan future construction activities and address any questions or concerns.
Manage documentation of the construction process and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in golf course construction or large-scale landscaping projects.
Strong understanding of construction management processes including material procurement permitting and regulatory compliance.
Excellent organizational leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with a broad range of individuals.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols.
Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in the United States.
