Tasks

As a Remote Writer you will craft engaging optimised articles that engage readers across Spain and beyond. Your writing will inform entertain and empower audiences creating a meaningful connection between cultures and communities. Youll play a key role in shaping content strategies that drive traffic enhance visibility and ensure our stories resonate online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Write compelling SEO-friendly articles covering Spanish and international news stories.
Collaborate with the editorial and digital teams to develop content that aligns with our mission and core values.
Optimise articles for search engines to increase visibility engagement and audience reach.
Conduct research and interviews remotely to uncover authentic and impactful stories.
Fact-check information and verify sources to maintain accuracy and credibility.
Meet deadlines while maintaining high editorial journalistic and SEO standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a writer or journalist with a strong portfolio of published work.
Demonstrated expertise in SEO and content optimisation.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently manage deadlines and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
