Job Summary

This is a hybrid position working onsite 75% of the time.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing applying and interpreting policies and procedures.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency personnel vendor staff and external stakeholders when applicable.

Experience gathering documenting and validating business requirements including functional and non-functional requirements Required 5 Years
Experience conducting business process modeling to support process improvement and system design Required 5 Years
Developing business cases user stories and use cases to support solution design and implementation maintaining alignment with business needs Required 5 Years
Facilitating requirements workshops interviews and focus groups with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs). Required 5 Years
Participating in the development and review of solution designs to ensure business requirements are met Required 5 Years
Tracking and managing changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle updating traceability artifacts as needed. Required 5 Years
Supporting change management and training efforts Required 5 Years
