Shift: Regular work hours are Monday Friday 7:30 AM 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (up to 40 hours/week; OT with prior approval)

The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical services for the Clinton Service Unit including dispensing medications counseling patients managing inventory and supporting clinical operations. The role requires strong technical proficiency with RPMS/EHR systems and adherence to all safety quality and regulatory standards.

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE-accredited school.

Valid current unrestricted Oklahoma Pharmacist license.

Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience (including internship).

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Professional liability insurance.

Experience with RPMS / EHR systems and pharmacy automation.

Ability to meet agency security safety and training requirements.

Additional certifications and documents can be required through the application process.

Process fill and dispense prescription medications with appropriate patient counseling.

Maintain accurate documentation in RPMS/EHR and pharmacy records.

Manage daily vendor orders inventory levels and controlled substance documentation.

Perform maintenance on pharmacy automation equipment and refill cassettes/vials.

Support pharmacy mail-out and refill programs including call-in refill line processing.

Ensure compliance with Joint Commission HIPAA safety and infection control standards.

Oversee procurement stock rotation expired medication returns and storage conditions.

Complete additional tasks assigned by the Chief Pharmacist and maintain licensure and training.
