We rotate unless skill mix is needed. Patient Experience requirements: Bedside Rounding Hourly Rounding with 5P s checked. Reporting to PCT s of known needs at beginning and during shifts Check glass board for dept focus areas Scrolling video kiosk available as well as email for update Specifics- Certifications: BLS/ACLS/NIHHiring profileRequested Skill Set: Cardiac knowledge preferred Must have: ACLS/BLS Advanced skills needed: Knowledge of Heparin Cardizem Dobutamine Dopamine and Amiodarone drips Procedures performed on unit: Chest Tube management wound vac management EKG s ad lib Certifications Required: ACLS Dress Code: RN- Navy and CNA/PCT- ceil blue scrub set and jacket (if desired). May wear white blue grey or black tshirt underneath if desired- no artificial or gel nails or gel nail polish Unit Guidelines/Policies: Documentation of telemetry application acknowledging rhythm strips and place in chart each shift.
