Key Responsibilities

Design develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM ITOM HAM CSM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Implement workflows integrations and automation to enhance platform efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications
