Job Summary

As an Advanced Application Engineer you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals and actively participating in problem-solving discussions to enhance the overall project outcomes. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies ensuring that your contributions are both relevant and impactful. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.- Strong understanding of data integration processes and ETL methodologies.- Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices.- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
