Job Summary

Full-Time Videographer (3-6 Years Exp) - Pune MH

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of video production from conceptualization and scripting to filming editing and leveraging modern tools to enhance content creation and social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Lead video-first content strategy for the brand.
Shoot edit and publish high-quality reels ads storytelling formats.
Build and scale social media presence organically performance-driven.
Collaborate with product marketing and growth teams for campaigns.
Implement AI tools for editing motion graphics content generation.
Build a team of editors creators and freelancers as volume scales.
Maintain brand tone visual identity and storytelling quality.
Manage content calendar and monthly deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Film Production Media Arts Communications or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 to 6 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
Proven expertise in videography editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) and scripting.
Demonstrated experience in creating successful short-form video content (reels) for social media.
Strong understanding of building and growing a social media presence through video content.
Proficiency in implementing AI tools for video editing and content generation.
Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of video production projects.
Strong communication organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
