Net Development experience
- should be excellent with min of 3yrs hands-on experience
.Net core - Above average if not good core should be excellent framework
MVC/WebAPI - excellent.
Should be clear with concepts so that they can answer scenario-based
questions.
Design Patterns - should at least know about factory and repository pattern (along with its implementation)
Solid Principles - should be excellent.

Node js experience is good to have.
Should be willing to cross-skill in Node SQL - goodUnit
testing framework - Good.
Must be able to answer how its implemented
and used.
AWS/UI framework - optional skills (Good to have)
