Job Summary
Azure DevOps
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 3Yrs
Shift- willing to work in rotation model
- Provide environmental support for LENS engineering including:
- Toil reduction and backlog burndown (e.g. patching certificate management).
- Azure platform updates and prioritized bug fixes tracked via Azure DevOps.
- Monitoring and automation investments based on incident trends and post-incident reviews (PIRs).
- Execute platform updates using Microsoft-provided playbooks.
- Create and maintain alerts and monitors for LENS services.
- Document and resolve IcM repair items and report outcomes for each update.
Security & Compliance
- Implement version upgrades for open-source/inner-source packages based on prioritized security backlogs.
- Collaborate with LENS engineering teams to triage and execute critical security updates.
Skills Required:
- Azure services & infrastructure expertise
- Strong ADO workflow management
- Monitoring alerting and automation experience
- Security patching and compliance knowledge
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
