Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior Workday SME / Techno-Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Workday HCM Payroll and Benefits to lead enterprise implementations enhancements and system optimization.

This role blends deep technical delivery with functional partnership working closely with HR Payroll Benefits and business stakeholders to design scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Workday SME for HCM Payroll Benefits and Workday Extend
Lead end-to-end Workday implementations enhancements and optimizations
Design and develop Workday Integrations (EIBs Core Connectors Studio Cloud Connect)
Build and enhance Workday Extend applications (UI components business logic deployment)
Develop and optimize Workday Reporting (Advanced Composite Matrix dashboards)
Design and manage Workday PRISM Analytics datasets and pipelines
Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure compliance with organizational standards payroll regulations and data security
Provide technical leadership mentoring and stakeholder coordination
