About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team in Palo Alto. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems with data enjoys building production-grade AI systems and wants to see their work directly influence how teams operate and make decisions.

You will design build and optimize AI-driven systems-including neural networks natural language processing pipelines and large-scale data workflows. Working closely with product engineering and leadership youll help identify patterns in complex datasets and translate them into intelligent scalable features that power the core of our platform.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership where your work will shape both the technical foundation and the real-world effectiveness of AI across the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and refine AI and machine learning models including neural networks
Implement and optimize NLP techniques for language understanding intent detection and workflow automation
Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover patterns trends and actionable insights
Collaborate with product engineering and leadership teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform
Contribute to full-cycle software development from prototyping to production deployment
Help drive architectural decisions to ensure AI systems are scalable efficient and reliable
Ensure models and pipelines align with customer needs product goals and business outcomes

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in pattern recognition and extracting insights from large datasets
Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals and software development best practices
Expertise in neural networks algorithm design and modern machine learning techniques
Hands-on experience with NLP tools techniques and methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or similar
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related technical field
Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
