Job Description:
Sr. ServiceNow Developer role responsible for designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions including customizations and integrations in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and refine requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications modules and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system designs and user guides.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical growth.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards security policies and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
- Perform Service Mapping Discovery and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes including workflows and automation.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management) CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS) HAM (Hardware asset management).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
