Job Description: Designing implementing and managing the billing and invoicing solutions within the SAP IS-U module for utility companies.

Job Requirements:

• Leading the design and implementation of billing and invoicing solutions often during Greenfield implementations or S/4HANA migrations.
• Conducting fit-to-standard and design workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Defining and configuring billing master data including rate structures pricing billing schemas and invoice layouts.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications and identifying requirements for customizations enhancements and new developments (WRICEF).
• Ensuring seamless integration of billing processes with other SAP IS-U modules like Device Management FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Supporting various testing phases including unit testing system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshooting functional issues performing root-cause analysis and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Providing training and support to end-users and creating comprehensive functional documentation.
• Ensuring that all billing processes and configurations adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
