Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design implement and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including customizations and integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and refine requirements.

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications modules and workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical growth.

Key Technical Skills:

Expertise in ServiceNow platform (development configuration integration).

Proficient in JavaScript and scripting knowledge.

Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP web services).

Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM process optimization.

Familiarity with ITSM CSM and HAM modules.
