Job Description:
We are seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician responsible for hardware refreshes including computers and peripherals. The ideal candidate will work directly with end users ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to documented procedures. This role involves imaging systems with Windows 11 and managing inventory within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hardware refreshes for computers and peripherals.
Transport and store computer inventory with potential lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Image computers using Windows 11 and SCCM.
Schedule and complete computer replacements via ServiceNow.
Document inventory updates using HAM Pro within ServiceNow.
