Job Summary

Were Trezor a leading company in crypto security that has pioneered the hardware wallet industry. Basically our products put people at ease knowing their digital assets are safe.

We picture you as an In-House Counsel with a solid background in law and a strong interest in regulatory matters. Working closely with business owners and the Head of Legal you handle both routine and complex legal questions managing day-to-day tasks while contributing to more challenging legal topics.

What youll do

Interpret and ensure adherence to laws regulations and policies relevant to the crypto/fintech sector
Research relevant legal regulations (financial hardware production data protection cybersecurity etc.) mainly within the EU cooperate on research with external advisors from other jurisdictions
Advise on the legal aspects of new features product launches and business strategies
Provide guidance on legal matters across the company including contractual regulatory and employment issues
Draft review and negotiate contracts ensuring legal and commercial risks are minimized
Stay abreast of legislative changes in the EEA UK and USA that could impact company operations

About you

Have at least 3 year of experience in a legal role preferably in financial regulation or other regulatory field (law firm or an in-house position)
Familiarity with EU regulatory environment
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear actionable advice
Excellent communication skills capable of articulating legal concepts to non-legal personnel
Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Experience in conducting legal research and staying current with evolving legal trends
Proficient in using technology and legal research tools
