Job Summary
Asset Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review monthly quarterly and annual reports for investors consultants and other stakeholders including financial information operations and variance analysis.
- Calculate and review various performance returns.
- Support and coordinate cash distributions on behalf of clients including Capital Calls and Distributions to investors.
- Prepare review analyze and interpret accounting records financial statements footnotes or other financial reports to assess accuracy completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for audit reports.
- Cash flow management and forecasting including monitoring of asset-level debt and related covenants.
Requirements
- Big 4 and/or relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with Aircraft Leasing platforms is a requirement while experience working with Closed End Funds Private Equity would be a plus.
