Job Summary

Role Summary

Engineer integrate commission and support Safety & Security / ELV systems across multiple vendor brands including Fire Alarm (FAS) Building Management (BMS) Central Battery System (CBS) Emergency Management System (EMS) Lighting Control (LCS) and Access Control (ACS).

Key Responsibilities

Design review configuration and integration of FAS/BMS/CBS/EMS/LCS/ACS with third-party systems.

Interface and troubleshoot using Modbus TCP/RTU and API integrations (REST/SOAP); basic networking knowledge required.

Execute FAT/SAT commissioning site troubleshooting punch closure and handover.

Prepare/update key deliverables: LLD interface matrix points list test procedures as-builts backups.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / ELV / Automation (or equivalent).

Multi-brand product exposure across the above systems (vendor-independent).

Strong documentation and coordination skills; site experience mandatory.

Level Guidance

Junior: supports configuration/testing under guidance.

Mid: owns integration and commissioning deliverables.

Senior: leads architecture vendor coordination and technical workshops.
