Grubbs Acura of Tulsa is seeking an Express Technician. Overall the ideal candidate should be motivated detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service while possessing the necessary technical skills and certifications for automotive maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders.
• Performing entry-level maintenance tasks such as oil changes tire rotations filter replacements etc.
• Conducting diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Providing labor time and parts estimates for repair services.
• Performing video multi-point inspections on vehicles.
• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles.
• Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintaining an organized clean workspace and accounting for tools.
• Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees.
• Participating in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in automotive technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair desired.
• Unrestricted drivers license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Neat clean and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers vendors and staff.
• Professionalism and dependability.
• Safety and customer service orientation.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Physical ability to bend kneel squat stand and lift heavy objects.
• Certification as a state inspector is a plus.
