Dialysis Shift Times & Requirements RN Role

Work Days: Monday through Saturday
Weekends: Required to work 2 Saturdays per month; No Sunday shifts
Shift Times May Include:
MWF 5a-12p 5:30a-1p 2p-8p 12p-9:30p
TTS 5a-4p 5:30a-4:30p
Requirements:
- Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts
- May be asked to cover other clinics in Milwaukee if the need arises
- Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
- Work schedules are always provided in advance to support work-life balance

As a DaVita RN youll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting ensuring the safety comfort and wellbeing of your patients. Youll work in a fast-paced environment collaborate with our professional team of clinicians and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
Assess troubleshoot and respond to clinical situations
Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
Work as part of a supportive care team

Qualifications:

Current RN license in state of practice
CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
2 years experience with acutely ill patients (ICU ER Med/Surg preferred)
Strong assessment time management and communication skills
CNN certification a plus
