JOB SUMMARY
The M&A Associate works with Partners in processing/handling public and private company transactional work drafting agreements conducting due diligence processes who possesses 5-9 years of relevant experience. This role will be located in our New York office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate Associate will be primarily focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. This candidate is responsible for but not limited to the following:
