Robbins Childrens Programs is seeking a qualified and experienced Behavior Consultant with strong leadership experience to support and guide staff children and families within our preschool and after-school programs. The ideal candidate will be preschool certified knowledgeable in child development and behavior support strategies and skilled in coaching staff to implement positive developmentally appropriate practices. The preferred shift is a split shift Monday through Friday 6:30-10:30 and return 1:30-5:30.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide behavior consultation and support for children ages preschool through school-age

Develop implement and monitor individualized behavior support plans
-
Model and promote positive behavior guidance strategies in classroom and program settings
-
Coach mentor and support teaching staff through observation feedback and training
-
Collaborate with administrators teachers families and outside service providers
-
Support program leadership in maintaining compliance with licensing and program standards
-
Assist with staff professional development related to social-emotional learning and behavior management
-
Participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
- Preschool certification
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in preschool and/or after-school programs
- Demonstrated leadership experience including staff coaching or supervision
- Strong knowledge of positive behavior supports and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs

Training in social-emotional learning trauma-informed care or behavior intervention strategies

Ability to lead with professionalism empathy and consistency
