Job Summary
Mission Brief
As Chief of Staff to the CCO you will be a trusted strategic partner and operational force multiplier. Youll work closely with senior leadership to drive alignment streamline decision-making and support the scaling of commercial and cross-functional initiatives.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Provide direct support to the CCO in daily operations strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop high-impact materials for executive decision-making board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Act as a thought partner in ideation sessions helping shape strategic direction and commercial initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and teams ensuring clarity transparency and follow-through.
- Drive process optimization and automation to prepare the organization for scale.
- Organize and prepare weekly C-level meetings including agenda setting follow-ups and documentation.
- Conduct market competitor and internal research to support strategic decisions and synthesize findings into actionable plans.
Qualification Checklist
- Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering or Legal Studies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chief of Staff Strategy or high-level Operations role.
- Exceptional communication coordination and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Proactive resourceful and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English German and/or other languages a plus.
