The Engineer II plays a critical role in converting business challenges into measurable digital outcomes improving efficiency decision-making and user experience across global teams. These solutions ultimately support faster innovation and better service delivery to our clients and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Build and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows to automate and enhance business processes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions
  • Integrate low-code solutions with Microsoft 365 APIs and enterprise systems
  • Ensure governance security and performance best practices across deployed solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable frameworks and standards

What Were Looking For

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
  • 36 years of experience in software development or automation platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio
  • Working knowledge of APIs Microsoft Cloud tools and AI-driven workflows

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to outcomes
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
