The role

  • Full Time Fixed Term (up to 5 years)
  • Senior remuneration package from $208921 to $261151 (including superannuation)
  • Campus-based: Albury-Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Orange Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga. Other locations / remote work considered upon application.

As the Academic Director Education Strategy you will shape and direct a future-focused course portfolio aligned with the Universitys Education Strategy with executive leaders youll drive innovative curriculum development that responds to evolving student industry and disciplinary needs including the integration of AI and programmatic assessment.

About you

  • PhD-qualified with recognised expertise in curriculum student learning or assessment transformation
  • Strong knowledge of educational design AI policy and equity in a regional university context
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator with influence across senior and cross-functional teams
  • Proven leader in strategic education initiatives team management and change delivery
  • Experienced in applying and evaluating digital technologies to enhance learning outcomes
